Beach Street Block Party

The notorious party house was hanging on by its last thread when the tenants had an idea. LONG LIVE THE BEACH STREET PARTIES! We were stripped and teared recklessly from our beloved party sanctuary, but the party continues. And we’ve been waiting months for this one; the third installment of the Beach Street Block Party.

The day event starts 12pm on 1st October and dwells and revels in the depths of pure madness. Merging into a perfectly aligned chaotic night, the bands kick it ’til 12am. A tightly knit environment in a venue we’re all too familiar with: The Lass O’Gowrie. Two stages to share for the the many musicians, one grassy section for the live art, stalls of Newy icons and a boisterous beer garden for all. And to hype you some up more, it’s sponsored by Sailor Jerry and Murray’s Craft Beer.

The event revolves around Newcastle’s local talent, the artists carefully handpicked for their undeniable talent and instantaneous crowd pleasing.
